Emma's first outing @ Pawtobello~

Oops! Was looking thru some photos & i realised i didn't post these pictures up! These were taken during Emma's very first outing - Pawtobello, on 01 March~ Met up with friends like, Josephine (Rocky & parents), Stephanie (Coffee), Selina (Yuki), Elaine (Dou Dou), Enrica (Bobby), Serene (Da-Tou), Blue (MeiMei & Mitao), Waltz, Jo (Ruby & Sasha) eg. Can't recall who else, heez~ Anyway, they had a fun day out, Ebi & Emma enjoyed throughly playing with all the doggies there. Emma wasn't shy to meet new furry pals nor strangers & was daring even on her 1st outing, running around & playing with other dogs.

It was a fun day indeed. But the service & attitude of the staffs @ Pawtobello spoils it all. There are simply far too much bad reviews on them recently - Boo! Time for them to wake up. Black-faced staffs, doggy waterbowls not refilled, un-willingness to clean up the pee/poo, solemn looking & not a single smile - how will one enjoy his/her lunch & relax at this kind of environment? During payment, Manager don't even look you into the eye & no words of thanks - call this customer service? Utterly disappointed. I only got to enjoy my 1st & 2nd trip there, they are getting from bad to worse. Perhaps, taking advantage that they are the only Pet Cafe w/ aircon in Singapore? Shucks.
