Roxy's going home...

Yes, Roxy is going home in another few more hours. Sighz, Im going to miss this little gal alot alot. The first 2 days was kind of hard, she was barkish & startled all of us with her deep loud barkings as every passerby walks past the house. And she gets very nervous & anxious during feeding time & whenever any of us comes back home. I was a complete stranger to her & vice versa. But as days goes past, i started to feel very attached to her! She would follow me around the house, whines & barks when i left her at home while i leaves for work, jumps & bark in excitement when i comes home & licks my hand & face non-stop when i carries her. LOL

It was happy seeing how the two of them, Ebi & Roxy getting along. They play-fight most of the time but had never really fought nor bitten each other. However, Ebi stares & barks aloud @ Roxy whenever she comes to us for belly rubs.. (how jealous can he get! muahahaha) Roxy has never created much mess except that she sometimes plays so hard that she forgets to go to the papers for her pee/poo, but at most times she gets it right. Oh, she has also automatically cut down her barkings & she only barks when neighbour's kids runs past & when Mum's mahjong kakis comes over to the house. And guess what? This notti gal actually stoled my sister's donut yesterday morning! She forgot to bring it to work with her & i was in the bathroom. When i came out minutes later, i saw 3/4 of the donut on the floor, Rox had taken 1/4 of it. Gosh! She actually jumped up to the table beside the sofa & *stole* the donut from the NTUC plastic bag! Oh my oh my, hahaha! (Luckily it was a plain donut & she took only 1/4 of it!) And mind you, she had just taken her breakfast (3 x big scoops of kibbles) before i went to shower! *shock* She's a big eater indeed.

Anyway, overall she's still sweet & cute! Mom says she's obedient & Roxy had been sleeping with them for the past 2 weeks! How time flies, today is already the 17th day that Roxy has boarded with me and she's heading home already! I'm going to miss how she comes up the bed & cuddle with me when Ebi is not looking, her loud & consistent whinings when i gets the collar & leash & her loud barkings esp when someone stops at the door, not forgetting her barks of excitement when i put her kibbles in her bowl every morning. Sweet memories~ :-)
