Wet Wet Sunday~

It was supposed to be a fun-filled gathering/run for the schnauzers last Sunday, 25/05. We were supposed to have Ozzy, Tessie, Rocky, Ebi, Emma, Junior, Jester, Sniper, Julius & Pony reporting @ the pet movers - 2pm. However just as we reached PMDR, it started to rain heavily & subsided shortly after, though still continued to drizzle. SIGH - disappointment!!! Jo allowed Oz, Tess & Rocky to run anyway, while me & Winnie decided not to get the dogs wet.. (the sight of wet muddy paws freaks me out even though im supposed to bath them right after the run when home, lol~) Anyway, we decided to change location to Urban Pooch with Joys & bf joining us with Pony. Gary decided not to bring Julius & Sniper as he said he might go over to pet movers when the rain had stopped. Jo also did not join us as her dogs were already wet. Thus, 3 of us went ahead. =)

When we reached Urban Pooch, there was another Maltese there - thus the overly excited Emma started to scream her head off, yet again. =( Sooooooooooo noisy!! She got even worse when pretty Pony came & she yelled at Pony the moment she comes near (sorry Pony darling!). Emma must have had mixed with the boys for too long & cannot stand any other females? It so happens that the maltese & Pony were females, oops! Must get her to mix ard with the female dogs more, perhaps she can learn to be more femine too! haha~

Anyway, we ended our gathering @ almost 6pm. Then me & Winnie both got lazy & decided to send the dogs to RPP for bathing. Did a last minute booking & glad that they accepted all the 4 of them. Ebi & Emma had bath while Junior & Jester had basic grooming. So off we went to RPP! The bath & groom was a fast one & was completed within 2 hours, happens they had many staffs that day too. =P After the grooming, we dropped by USDB to get some goodies for the dogs & left with a box of lamb meat balls & a tray of shepard pie each. Hehe.

Though the dogs didn't get to run @ pet movers, but believed they enjoyed themselves at Urban Pooch. Can't wait for the next meet-up already! We shall have another round of meet-up at PMDR soon okay! Cheers~
